NexKart Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at NexKart! We are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how your order is processed and delivered.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer reliable shipping across the country. Estimated delivery times and costs depend on your location:

> Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Estimated timelines may vary slightly during peak shopping seasons, holidays, or extreme weather conditions.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience.

  • Please ensure you provide a valid mobile number and complete shipping address at checkout. Our courier partner will contact you via SMS or call before attempting delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package and make the payment.

4. Shipment Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification containing a Tracking Number and a link to track your package.

  • You can track the progress of your shipment through our courier partner's portal. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

5. Wrong Address & Failed Deliveries

  • Incomplete/Incorrect Address: NexKart is not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries if the address provided at checkout was incorrect or incomplete. Please double-check your shipping details before finalizing your order.

  • Failed Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners usually make 2 to 3 attempts to deliver your package. If the delivery fails because the customer was unreachable or refused the parcel, the order will be returned to our warehouse, and any future orders may require prepayment.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives physically damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy and contact us within 24 hours of delivery with video/photo proof.

  • If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with family members or neighbors first, then contact our support team immediately so we can investigate with the courier.
