NexKart Return & Refund Policy

At NexKart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your purchase! However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Please read our return policy carefully to see if your item is eligible for a return or refund.

1. 3-Day Return Window

  • Strict Policy: You have exactly 3 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original, undamaged packaging with all tags intact.

  • Exclusions: If 3 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain quality and fairness, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Products that show signs of use, wear, or alteration.

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse, mishandling, or improper care.

  • Any item not in its original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items (all sales on discounted items are final).

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive an item that is damaged during transit, defective, or completely different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Required Evidence: You must provide your order number along with clear photos or a short video showing the issue.

  • Resolution: Once verified, we will gladly arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer support team at nexkartpk@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your Order Number and the reason for the return.

  3. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping instructions. Note: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

5. Refunds & Processing

  • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will send you an email or message to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Timeline: If approved, your refund will be automatically processed and credited back to your original method of payment (or via bank transfer/store credit) within 5–7 business days.
